Awards ceremony

See you on April 20, 2018 to find out how more than 1'500 young people from 10 cantons responded to our call for action to support the Sustainable Development Goals!

The 2017/2018 Awards Ceremony will be held on April 20, 2018 at 2 pm at the Palais des Nations, United Nations Office at Geneva and the most important center for international cooperation. On this occasion, all the participants of the competition, partners and guests will gather in the historic Assembly Hall.

The Director General, Michael Møller, patron of the competition will deliver the opening speech. Then, place to the viewing of the projects submitted by all the young people and the announcement of the laureates!

The jury will award prizes to the winners of each category (artwork, media, concrete action) and for each represented educational level (primary, secondary I and II).

A selection of the works and projects of the participants will be exhibited in the Salle des Pas perdus for two weeks. Delegates, UN staff and Palace visitors will be able to discover the creativity and commitment of young people to education and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals through their productions for the competition.
