We are aware that you attach great importance to a careful processing of your personal data. 

Therefore, the collection, storage and processing of your personal data are made in the sole purpose of accomplishing our missionof information and raising awareness. For instance, we use your data to send you information regarding our activities, to deliver orders and contracts and to answer your questions and requests. 

 

We thereby do not engage in any form of marketing activities and all the personal data that we possess are not communicated to anyone or any third organisation nor are they sold for commercial purpose. 

2.1 Why we collect this information  

We collect this data in order to respond to your requests, facilitate your use of the site and improve your overall experience. Information that cannot be linked to your identity (for example, statistical data) is not considered personal data.  

The collection of your personal data necessarily takes place within a specific framework of use.

2.5 Social plugins 

We also use social plugins on our website. Plugins can be recognised thanks to the logo of the corresponding social media. All the plugins are set up according to the double-click process. The corresponding plugin will only be activated when clicking on the provider’s icon. 

If you wish to prevent Google, Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram to connect the data collected on our website to your personal profile on the corresponding social media you need to log out of the aforesaid social media before visiting our website. To send out its newsletters, the Eduki Foundation uses a platform provided by Infomaniak, which has functions to evaluate user statistics, but which does not collect any information linked to your personal data.   1. Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the right to receive free written information regarding your personal data that we process. You also have the right to demand the correction of inaccurate personal data. You can also ask for the deletion of your personal data as long as we are not legally required or legally allowed to keep some data.

  1. Modification of this statement of data protection

We reserve the right to modify and complete this statement at any time and according to our own will and in accordance with data protection legislation (see Data Protection Ordinance). The statement uploaded on our website is binding. 

 5. Image protection policy  

 In order to guarantee the respect of image rights, in particular those of minors, our site applies strict measures concerning the distribution of visual content. We undertake to respect the following principles:  

 Enhanced protection of minors: We refrain from publishing images clearly showing the faces of very young children, in order to preserve their anonymity and safety. This rule may result in the exclusion of certain photos from the competition or from other visual content.  

 Explicit consent: Only photos for which explicit written consent has been obtained from the minors’ legal representatives or authorized guardians (teachers, schools, etc.) are published on our site. This approach guarantees respect for image rights and the legal framework for personal data protection.  

 Management of existing content : Images previously published on the site are retained on a temporary basis. However, they will gradually be replaced by visuals for which authorization in accordance with current regulations has been expressly obtained.  

 The security of the data transmitted on our site is very important to us, However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any personal information you transmit to us is done so at your own risk.
