Agents of Peace

Secondary II (16 to 18 years old)

As part of the national Eduki competition 2019/2020, three groups of students from the Renens Highschool carried out street interviews and produced three videos on the thematic of peace. This project is called "Agents of Peace". Their project enabled them to ask the people of Lausanne to define peace, the culture of peace and justice while making them reflect on their role as agents of peace. Through these videos, they wanted to demonstrate that peace is not a state but a process that requires constant efforts and that each of us can be an actor of this concept. The aim was to demonstrate that social peace is not completely attained even in Switzerland, since many aspects of social interactions can still hamper this phenomenon.
