Concert of the Orchestre des Nations

The Orchestre des Nations invites a class to its dress rehearsal!

On the occasion of its concert 23 November 2019 at the Victoria Hall in Geneva, the orchestra will open its rehersal to young people who wish to discover the orchestral training and the works performed. With their class, young people will be able to attend and participate in the dress rehearsal. This will take place on Monday 18 November 2019 from 19h to 20h30 in the UNAIDS building. A few students will also have the opportunity to briefly conduct the orchestra. Some musicians and the conductor will be at the disposal of the students at the end of the rehearsal to answer their questions. Several tickets for the concert will be distributed to the class participating in this activity.
The musical program of the concert has been specially designed for young people and their families and aims to introduce them to some of the most important works of the classical repertoire such as "Romeo and Juliet", Serguei Prokofiev's "Pierre et le Loup" and "The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra" from Benjamin Britten.
