Economics, Labour and Development: towards a fair world
The economy is an essential dimension of our life; indeed, each of us participates in the economic system in its everyday, even simplest, behaviors. Every day, millions of people around the world work to support themselves. They participate as much in the development of the country as in human development. Indeed, a lack of financial resources can for example penalize the development of the country but also the person at the level of food, housing or diseases.
This is why various Geneva-based international organizations are taking a leading role in these areas to address the challenges of the global economy.
